Bludhvaven, the new home of Dick Grayson also known as Nightwing. Still knowing the city, the hero begins to act through the busy streets and rooftops when a car chase begins, in the exchange of cars a new vehicle appears, eliminating the cronies, leaving Nightwing unresponsive. The investigation of this mysterious case will lead Dick Grayson to use all his knowledge during his years as Robin, his friendships with the other heroes and his Romani's roots.
