Y/N becomes lost in the forest while camping, and a ghoul, Mountain, finds them. They are brought back to a church where they are accepted and taken care of. As they learn about ghouls, Papas, and The Clergy, they begin to fall in love with Mountain. The main character (Y/N) will be written with they/them pronouns to be as inclusive as possible. --> Switches to AFAB reader with they/them pronouns in chapter 26 & onward. The story is not based on the people behind the masks! Only based on the characters (ghouls) portrayed onstage. NOTICE: I am not the best at staying consistent with publishing my story.
