Having been in and out of care all her life Amy spends her whole time alone and constantly moving. Making her money though photography and odd labourer work she ends up, at the end of autumn up in Scotland, in a small village. When she goes into the local forest she is tracked by a vicious rogue alpha but rescued by the local pack's alpha. Her past is slowly revealed to the alpha and herself as she discovers where she truly belongs.
