I OWN NOTHING IN THIS STORY BUT THE CHANGES I HAVE DONE TO THE PLOT. Well, only time will tell Ok so basically: When Izuku receives OFA from All Might the quirk essentially bonds with his being.He gets all the knowledge of the previous users of OFA,their quirks and how to use them(Not their memories though).The quirk OFA starts to build up Izuku's body(he's not buff) to be able to use its full power. Side notes: Izuku finishes cleaning the beach a month before the entrance exam so has time to learn how to use OFA and with the help of Gran Torino he starts off being able to use 10% full cowling and keep in mind,his body is naturally adapting to use OFA's full power so his percentage will increase as the series goes on and I'll have Izuku unlock the previous user's quirks gradually
