A year after the events of kill la kill Ryuko and everyone else have moved on and Ryuko lives with her older sister Satsuki and is attending normal high school. Despite no longer possessing senketsu Ryuko is still the same fighter she's always been and gets into all sorts of trouble and adventure. One day Ryuko comes across a boy named Y/N who brings about a new adventure.

in an alternate universe Ryuko and satsuki are the academy's student president and vice president and children of Ragyou. A new student Gale Foyer then appears claiming that he suspects that they know of the person who he claims murdered his entire family saved for himself. Now he wants answers and he ain't gonna leave until he gets them.
