Wēn Ruòhán was dead and the war that once ravaged the cultivation world had finally come to an end, but its aftermath gave rise to a new era of challenges. Jīn Guāngshàn, a driven and ambitious Sect Leader driven by his insatiable thirst for power and women, seized the opportunity to ascend as the Chief Cultivator in the midst of the waning chaos. However, his attention became fixated on Wèi Wúxiàn, a mesmerizing figure whose remarkable display of power during the war left Jīn Guāngshàn longing to possess both the man himself and his coveted weapon, Yín Hǔ Fú. With his newly acknowledged Illegitimate Son, Jīn Guāngyáo, or Mèng Yáo, by his side, Jīn Guāngshàn devised a cunning plan to acquire his desired prizes. As fate would have it, news of Wèi Wúxiàn liberating the remaining Wēn survivors from the brutal labor camp on Qióngqí path presented the perfect opportunity to set their machinations into motion. Utilizing the Spy Mirror obtained from Wēn Ruòhán's treasury and an illicit array sourced from the secret library of the Gūsū Lán Clan, Jīn Guāngshàn and Jīn Guāngyáo set their sights on covertly monitoring Wèi Wúxiàn during the upcoming Discussion Conference. However, their carefully crafted plans were about to be thrown into disarray as unforeseen events unfurled before the eyes of the entire Cultivation World. "WHY ON EARTH IS THERE A CHILD IN THE LUÀNZÁNG GǍNG?!" The clash between Jīn Guāngshàn's unyielding hunger for power and Wèi Wúxiàn's unwavering spirit would not only shape their destinies but also send shockwaves throughout the cultivation world, forever altering the lives of all those involved.

After the dual between Wei Wuxian and Jiang Wanyin, the two of them doesn't know that when they fall asleep that night they don't know what is about to happen to them. While sleeping in his bed Wei Wuxian hear, "A-Xian time to wake up. A-Cheng and you already sleep pass your breakfast." Wei Wuxian shot straight up, 'Jiang shushu? No way, isn't he suppose to be dead,' Wei Wuxian look around the room, 'I'm back? I'm back in my room, back in Lotus Cove. No way is this happening.' "A-Xian, I'm coming in," when the door open Wei Wuxian eye went wide, 'Jiang Shushu' he got out of bed, rush toward Jiang Fengmian and hugged him. This surprise Jiang Fengmian a lot since Wei Wuxian never gave him a hug, "A-Xian what's wrong?" "I.....I....I'm just so happy to see you again Jiang Shushu," 'I will do my best to change the past,' "Oi Wei Wuxian!" Wei Wuxian look out the door to see a heavy breathing Jiang Cheng. "A-die can I talk to Wei Wuxian?" Wei Wuxian and Jiang Fengmian let go of each other, " Okay but don't take too long, you both need to be at the training field to train okay?" The two boy nodded their head, Jiang Fengmian left the two of them along. When Jiang Fengmian is gone, Jiang Cheng walk into Wei Wuxian room and closed the door. "WEI WUXIAN WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON HERE? HOW IN THE HELL DID WE END UP HERE IN THE PAST?!" What will the two boys do? Will they change the past? Wèi Wúxiàn found himself in a place he never expected to be - torn between sadness and despair. The loss of his loved ones, especially his dear son, A-yuàn, lying lifeless before his eyes, had shattered his reason to continue living. He experienced a profound sense of devastation as his shījiě tragically lost her life, pierced by a sword intended for him. In an unexpected turn of events, she ended up sacrificing herself in his place. Exhaustion overwhelmed Wèi Wúxiàn. All he yearned for was eternal sleep, a never-ending slumber where he could escape the torment. Tragically, Wèi Wúxiàn met his demise, torn apart by the very ferocious corpses he had once commanded. Little did he anticipate that such a twist of fate would befall him, catching him completely off guard. 'Oh, God! Why does life constantly throw these twists at me?' "Pretty gege?"

The ancient Burial Mounds possess an extraordinary power, a thrilling voyage through time unfolds. These enigmatic Mounds, with a will of their own, embark on an extraordinary mission: to journey back to the past and seek out their cherished guardian, their A-yīng, during his days as a destitute street urchin. The Burial Mounds would skillfully coax their A-yīng towards them, luring him into the depths of their lands, where their protective embrace could shield A-yīng from any harm that may befall him. It was a desperate measure, born out of necessity to safeguard their cherished A-yīng from the clutches of the fair and righteous cultivators, whose intentions were often shrouded in uncertainty. Ingeniously, the Burial Mounds devised a plan to ensure their A-yīng's well-being by assuming human form, albeit in an unconventional manner that defied the norms of transformation. However, despite their meticulous planning, one aspect of their grand scheme unfolded in an unexpected manner. As the Mounds embarked on a perilous journey to the past, carrying with them the shattered pieces of their beloved A-yīng's soul, they did not anticipate the child's ability to recollect fragments of his previous life. It was a haunting revelation, for although his damaged soul struggled to comprehend the memories, the mere existence of these shattered recollections caused their A-yīng unimaginable anguish. Suddenly burdened with an additional responsibility, the Mounds found themselves not only tasked with protecting and nurturing A-yīng, but also guiding him towards healing the wounds inflicted in his former existence. It became an arduous endeavor, as they confronted the painful fragments of his fragmented past, offering solace and support amidst the jumbled mess of his soul's memories. The Mounds stood resolutely, knowing that the path to healing would be fraught with challenges, but determined to restore their son's fractured spirit to wholeness once more.
