Since the arrival of All Might crime rates have decreased significantly in Japan, but there's still one problem hero's are unable to do anything about. Corruption in the government has led to the increase of child trafficking, so much so that any child is lucky to not have been kidnapped by the age of 6. What hero's are unable to do though is easily done by the vigilante Karma, a hero to the people. Izuku has the quirk of "crystal" where Izuku can change a part or all of his body into green emerald like crystal. The more he trains the more harder and more he can produce crystal. Izuku is a vigilante in this story until he gets caught by aizawa. He also gets one for all.
