Air benders started to attack the ship she was on, not realizing. She fell from the ship, in a huge chain locking her arms by her waist. When she hit the water she felt a huge amount of power flood into her. The water froze around her and Kita keeping them there for 100 years. Kind travelers found her but could not unfreeze her. They brought her back to the temple hopping it would work. I didn't until 3 stange people rescue her. But one of them isn't a stranger. (Sorta follows story)
