Five years after Pitch's defeat has still left him as weak as he was since then. With dreams becoming scarcer for him to haunt and fear less abundant, the Nightmare King finds himself now looking for a way out of the eternal torture he's in. However, the Man in the Moon has different plans as a new threat arises to destroy the Guardians. This time hurting the children. With this new spirit threatening their lives, it seems only Pitch can help the Guardians protect the children. Although, it will be difficult for Pitch to come to terms with his good side and even harder for the Guardians to put things in the past. *Disclaimer* I do not own Rise of the Guardians nor any of the characters involved.
