Unbeknownst to the new government, a plot has been brewing in the shadows. A plot that is determined to wipe them off the face of the earth. It is something so dangerous, so ludicrous, that only a madman would consider going through with it. But that was exactly what he was; a madman. Russia, driven to grief over America's loss, makes a plan to bring him back. However, Cabi has her own plan that she is willing to enact. One that could rid the competition.
