Good you know). A plant grows in their lungs and they will cough out peddles(yes, in this story I made them pink, DEAL WITH IT). It will grow until the person dies, gets it surgically removed, or if the person they love loves them back. If it gets surgically removed though, then the person's feelings for their love will be gone.
