"The Veres Foundation - Using our art for the betterment of humanity." The Veres Foundation is a multi-national, American based corporation, with fingers in every major enterprise. Appliances, smart phones, television, cars, medical and bio-technology. This is all to fund their true purpose - the study of the Extraordinary By their definition, the Extraordinary are things that appear fantastical, but can be explained using science. They seek to use the Extraordinary as a means of control, foot-soldiers and mercenaries armed with the best they have to offer, serving out the company's will. As 2029 nears its end, 5 people try to escape and resist the evils of the Foundation - A pair of lab-grown children, far stronger than anything the company has made before; a washed up detective, out for vengeance; and a mercenary who can't pick a side... and one, who's simply out of place.
