In the world of a man in blue, his adventures were delivered with the consequences of his opponents. Villains forgotten, betrayed, and murdered, all of them were taken down non-other than the blue fat Italian himself, SMG4. But never would have he have known, that his counters would fling right back at him, a critical hit. With an old foe finally approaches out of his anonymous silhouette appearance, seeking his revenge.

SMG4 mistakenly drinks a brew made by Boopkins due to a disagreement he had with SMG3 Unfortunately the potion just so happened to be a love potion... How will this end? Only time will tell... What would happen if the barrier between the Dream world and the Real world was uncovered? That's something no one wants to know the answer to but unfortunately for Dream SMG4, this is a question that needs to be answer since now Real World SMG4 can see the Dreams and the Nightmares.
