He was a tattoo artist by day, a painter by night. He possessed what is commonly known as an addictive personality. Perhaps inherited. He had always been like that. He liked to ink his body. He liked to coat his lungs in smoke. He craved adrenalin rushes. He certainly enjoyed hot cups of coffee. Oh, and his paintings. No one would ever understand how much he loved to paint. And then, one night, a new sort of addiction walked into his life. One that would be more detrimental than any before, and yet none had seemed quite so captivating. highest ranking- #82 in fanfiction trailer by @sweetophelias all rights reserved to @derailedthoughts

I've always been a different kind of girl. That girl whose best friends were books but never kids her age, and who was too smart for her own sake but who would never let some step on her. My father is a dreamer, someone who aims too high and I love him very dearly, but sometimes he gets himself in problems... and drags me along the way. I lost my mother when I was barely a teenager but she taught me many things. She always called me her little beauty, saying I was the most beautiful girl she had ever seen, telling me how much I reminded her of that princess in The Beauty and The Beast. Her favourite fairy tale yet my least favourite one. I never thought I was going to have to deal with a beast, a total jerk for my father's sake. Karma got me because here I am, in the middle of a pretty similar situation to my least favourite fairy tale. But I'm not only the beauty to this beast, I'm more than that. I'm brave, I'm bold... I'm Belle. -:-:- BOOK #3 in the Aware Princess Series flower: Amaryllis, it symbolises "pride."

Seventeen year-old Eliza Taylor's latest run-in with New York City Police lands her on a bus with a one way ticket to the small town of Blackwater. Unimpressed with being an indentured servant for her cranky and ridiculously ancient aunt, Eliza soon finds hope when she meets Dante, another of her aunt's employees, as well as Chase, the cute boy-next-door who works at his dad's hardware store. Unfortunately, Eliza's panache for getting into trouble rears its ugly head when she discovers her aunt's shop sells more than just postcards from 1988. Her aunt's "private showroom" houses each of the seven deadly sins: Pride, Envy, Wrath, Avarice, Lust, Gluttony, and Sloth. But stopping her evil aunt from damning the souls of unsuspecting teens has a price - and that price might very well be Eliza's eternal soul. Can Eliza survive her evil aunt, outwit the dark master she serves, and keep a few souls out of Hell, including her own? She's not so sure, but seeing as how she likes her soul in the upright and firmly out-of-hell position, she's gonna give it her best shot. Hopefully her best won't end up killing her and ruining her afterlife - God knows her normal life is hard enough! **Copyrighted Material: Bad Company Copyright © Wendy Nelson 2012 All Rights Reserved. Red Night and the Vampire Files series are available on most retailers. Amazon, Apple, Nook, Kobo, Google Play and many more. Read the first book here for free. I know what's hiding in the shadows, and now... they know about me. I'm Samantha Chase, a private investigator and CEO of my own company--even if I'm the only employee. A typical day for me might go something like this; Follow the other woman, take detailed notes, snap some incriminating photos, then grab Thai food for me, and cat litter for Wilbur, on my way home for the night. Glamorous, right? It was at least predictable, until a routine surveillance job went terribly wrong, placing me right smack in the middle of two rival vampires, and a lone hunter. And don't be fooled-monsters can be beautiful and deadly. No one is who they seem in this game of cat and mouse-and that includes me. ***Read the exciting first book in the series fans describe as "Twilight meets True Blood!"*** (PUBLISHED) Print*eBook*Audio
