When Caira learns that Harvey is in fact the town's doctor, they must grapple with their desire for one another while under the microscope of the local residents of Stardew Valley. Harvey and Caira know that eventually they must come clean about their mutual feelings - both to their friends and to each other - but in the meantime they find themselves tangled in a knot of jealousy, lust, and something more powerful than either of them ever expected.
