(Based off of the Selection series.) Prince Jason Grace has become of the age to start The Selection. A letter has been sent to every man and woman that is eighteen to twenty years old, so that they may enter themselves in the lottery if they wish to participate. If they are picked out, they become part of the competition for Prince Jason's hand. For Percy, entering and getting picked out means his family getting money and never having to be poor again. He reasons that after a few weeks, when his family gets enough pay checks for Percy's contributions with the prince, he'll either politely ask the prince to go home, or do something to make him dislike Percy so much that he kicks Percy out. However, his plans seem to go awry when Prince Jason is not quite the man he had been picturing. ©colorfulpercy

With the defeat of Gaea everything seemed fine, but Percy has a secret that he has yet to tell his friends. With her final words Gaea cursed Percy to be forgotten by everyone he knows and everyone he will ever meet in his life on Earth. Follow along as Percy tries to deal with the fact that he will be erased from the minds of everyone he knows and cares about and what adventures and challenges he faces next. This is my attempt at a Percy Jackson fanfiction, it's technically a Chaos fanfic because I like the idea of them, but it will take its time to progress there. I've tried to limit the number of clichés and make it as original as possible but with the number of them out there it's hard. Feel free to leave any suggestions of what you what like to see and if its interesting I might try to put it in there. Criticisms are also welcome as I am by no means a writer. Also a disclaimer, surprisingly enough I do not own Percy Jackson or any of the characters affiliated with the PJO or HOO series, they all belong to Rick Riordan, I technically own any original characters and the plot but that's not really important

Perseus has been hiding from the world for a long time. The world did not need him. So he waited. And watched. And planned. Until one day, the world did need him. And then he reappeared. Perseus has been alive for millennia. He witnessed the fall of the Titans in the Titanomachy and the defeat of the Giants in the Gigantomachy. Since then, he has been off the grid, hiding in the realm of the mortals and learning their ways. He witnessed the great battles the Greek Spartans fought, and the educational plays the Athenians wrote and acted out. He saw the rise and fall of Rome, the great Egyptian pyramids being built, and even the Revolutionary War between Great Britain and the United States. Where history was built, Perseus was there to watch it. Now, the Fates require him to reappear. Another war is brewing, and he might be a key to stopping it.
