The Grim Reaper and Devil fight over who controls the underworld. Since the start of the war, Hunter and the the population of Optical have been told the war was over land. The country Illusion had attacked and they were forced to defend. Years go by since the start if his Trainning, and Hunter is given a promotion offer that cannot be declined: work in the palace as the princess's personal guard. But as Hunter progresses in his new job, he learns that the royal family is hiding secrets about the war. Meanwhile, Princess Malari has a secret of her own: she is pregnant. When her father finds out, he is enraged. He locks her in the castle and keeps a guard on her at all times. Completely bored out of her mind, Malari decides to make some trouble for this troublesome new guard of hers. But as time goes by, she begins to feel different about him.
