Dick has been free from Deathstroke, the JLA and the young justices grasps for almost 3 months now and has never been happier. He has settled with Jason, Roy and now Kayla in a summer house, and as they learn to confide and trust eachother, they become closer. Will Dick be able to move on from his past and finally be able to make amends with his friends or will he be too scared to? Will Deathstroke get his hands on Dick, or will Deathstrokes plans that are set in motion, be turned against him? How will this play out for Dick and the rest of them? What happens when Batman fires Robin? Well, chaos of course! The team has always had regard for Robin. But after the failed simulation, their thoughts about him change. They ask Batman to fire Robin behind his back, and play out a situation to make it seem real. Devasted, Grayson runs away from the Manor, believing that Batman didn't want him anymore. He runs into Slade, who doesn't recognize him at first, but they come to terms with each other. He starts a new life with new possibilities.
