Except, things about him were off. She was taller then he was, he was sicker then she remembered, and he was much much colder and darker. Deep down, Lizzy knew that this was not Ciel, it was his twin, Nathan Phantomhive. (just making up a name, since we aren't given one) However, Lizzy did not know what she would do if Ciel was dead, so out of girlish hope, she pushed the knowledge out of her head, thinking it was impossible, since Nathan was sick. But she was wrong. When Lizzy learns that Ciel is dead, she goes into depression since she cannot tell anyone. That is, until the real Ciel Phantomhive shows up acting exactly as Lizzy remembered him, just older.
