"She's a freak. She's over the age of 15, but she still haven't discovered her powers yet, and she's a first-born..." Crystal has known she was different from other children ever since her 15th birthday passed and still had not gotten her powers. Oh yes. You must be confused. Although this planet may also be called Earth, all first-born children have a special power- be it being a Psychic, being able to fly, extremely smart and others. All first-borns discover their powers before the age of 15. Some may be extremely lucky, discovering their powers at the mere age of 3 or 4. Crystal is a special case, and for that, people mock her. Then one day... Crystal will play a role much, much bigger than she could have ever imagined. ~¥~ [PG-rated] [All Rights Reserved]

My name is Tide. I'd love to say hi and all, but if I tell you my location two very bad things could happen. First, someone who isn't really on my list of favorite people might find the information. Then, they would hunt us down and try to use our powers to take over the world and other maniacal things. Yeah, not so fun. However, I'd like it if people knew how things really happened. You may see things on the news, and they may sound bad, but trust me, this is the real story. Because I'm an Elemental. And somebody needs to set the record straight.* [Action #101] [Fantasy #2] :: cover credit goes to the lovely ATXNNA :: *heyo so this book is pretty old, some (a lot of) spelling mistakes, some (a lot of) plot holes, but if you're looking for some fast paced action and some sarcasm and some cliche romance you should honestly just go to the second book but yeah, this has got that, just with, you know, the glaring faults in the story line. Just a warning.

Five Elements. One school. In a world unknown to man, there is a place called Dimicel. Each person who lives here controls one of the five elements- air, fire, earth, animal, and water. 300 years ago Dimicel was ravaged by war, but now is a thriving and successful civilization. From ages 11 to 18, every child must attend Dimicel's School for Elements, where students live during the school year and go home for the summer. Ramaya Naciat, an air element going into her fourth year of schooling, is expecting yet another boring, typical two semesters. She brings with her only a suitcase, her wits, and her strength (oh, and her little sister). The year unravels much differently than ones past, and Ramaya, her sister, and her friends will be tested, share laughs, shed tears, fall in love, and discover things hidden since times of war. But one thing's for certain. It will be one unforgettable year. -~- WARNING: this is a very raw piece of writing that combines four years of writing and many plot discrepancies. Read at your own risk, but the writing and plot does improve gradually. Written collaboratively by Wien and Megan(purplepuppy202 and megamoo68)

Under constant military surveillance and guardianship protection, they are torn between life's everyday struggle of self discovery, as well as their ever present abilities. Of course, records have been classified, but as instructed, these are theirs and my, their monitor's, unofficial recounts of their journeys, the acceptance of their individual destinies, and how they purposefully intertwined them with each other.

Hemshire was a tranquil village, a hidden one to be specific. With the tall jungle trees obscuring the village walls, only the roofs of houses could be seen. Hemshire was never involved with any war, never any in history. Despite the suffering living in Hemshire, people were grateful of finding the place, not requiring to move to another village often. Magicians would drop by the village frequently to take quests that held risks, and receive their rewards upon completion, which was basically the people's taxes they paid for every week. Therefore, the people grew a strong hatred against these magicians, they despised them. It was unfair, growing crops in your farm, and only gaining 5 copper pieces as a reward everyday. However, words were spoken too soon. The next thing you know, Hemshire was suddenly invaded by a group of evil magicians, their black magic hypnotizing soldiers, citizens and even the King, causing destruction and mayhem. The land that was once so peaceful was now in misery with corpses and blood stains all over the village. It was a horrid nightmare indeed. The father of 10 year old Clarissa died during the war, little survived, and she was lucky to be one of them. She was still unsure if her mother was still alive. She ran away, far away into the woods. She is now determined to find out who these people are and what they have against the people of Hemshire, also searching for her mother along the way. During the journey, she meets this certain someone and discovers a fact about her that is too hard to accept. Will she solve the puzzle, or will it be too late to defeat them?
