He speaks up, ruffling Katsuki's hair in an attempt to cheer him up. Izuku turns on him in a heartbeat. "Don't patronize me!" "I'm not patronizing you; he really wanted those." The greenette sputters, bristling at the older boy with seething distaste. Who in the hell hands out CANDIED BELL PEPPERS as Halloween treats?! or, Shouto and his friends take their baby trick or treating.

I guess it's like if Bakugou had a soft spot for kids and like he finds Todoroki in little space but had no idea what's going on....but he wants to know...being around it made him feel something other than rage.
