𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐧 is in the exact same hell, except his hell is named Hannah Wells. So they do what any two idiots with zero self awareness would do. They make a deal. Logan helps Madeline get Garrett. Madeline helps Logan get Hannah. Easy. A little advice, a couple of well timed assists, the occasional shove when the other one is being chicken. Then they both get the happy ending they thought they wanted. Except somewhere between the late night calls, the hockey games, the god awful advice, the fights about nothing, and learning way too much about each other, the plan stops working the way it was supposed to. Because Garrett is no longer the first person Madeline looks for in a room. And Logan cannot remember the last time he actually wanted Hannah to look his way.
