While doing a Japanese lesson with Kagami to enhance her skills in speaking the language, Emo Marinette is preparing to say her goodbyes to her friend when a run-in with Chloe ends in a life-altering event that leaves Emo Marinette unable to see.

Emo Marinette and Emo Adrien have returned home with a new prospective and a new mission. But even though Shadybug and Claw Noir are no longer supervillains, getting everyone else to trust them is gonna take some time.

Emo Marinette and Emo Adrian are preparing for a class field trip to China the week after winter break. Emo Marinette is absolutely thrilled to get to learn more about the many different Chinese customs and its culture.
