Isabella liked to think that she was an ordinary, healthy seventeen year old, until she finds out that she has leukaemia that is. With the threat of dying preying in her mind, Isabella decides that she wants to make the most out of the life she has. Intending to do everything she wants to do alone, Isabella starts to shut out all the important people in her life in an attempt to make them less hurt when she passes on. However, when she meets the infamous Nathan in a hospital waiting room, she realises that even the strongest people need help at times and also finds things worth more than material experiences.
