Clarke Griffin had a hard life ever since she was a little girl. Her mother, Abby Griffin, left home when Clarke was only seven. When Abby left, she was leaving Clarke all alone with her father, Jake Griffin. At the time Jake was a loving, caring father. But, when Abby left, it seemed as if she took all of Jake's good qualities and happiness with her. Now Clarke is eighteen, it has been eleven years since her mother left. Clarke now has and abusive, alcoholic father, who is unsafe for her to be around. When she takes action in escaping her father, she meets someone who may be able to help her, Bellamy Blake...A Bellamy Blake who is wanted by the police. Bellamy Blake didn't get to choose the life he had. He was born into it, and was forced to make decisions that he didn't want to make. Now, he's wanted by the police, and he can't live the normal and happy life he always dreamed of. He must continue to move around, and lie about everything. From his name, to his job, to what he likes. Somewhere along the way of hiding, and pretending to be someone else, Bellamy lost himself. But, when he meets a young women in need of help, everything for the both of them changes.

This is a high school fanfiction that follows the 100 characters Clarke Griffin and John Murphy through the highs and lows of high school. This is my first fanfic so please don't expect everything to be perfect but please do put your advice in the comments and anyways you think I can improve. Thank you for reading! "Don't fight it," Clarke whispered in his ear, like she knew what he was thinking. "Just sleep. It'll be easier that way." It didn't matter. He was too weak and tired to resist anyways. Bellamy lets out a shaky sigh and clenches the fist that rests on the table by the transmitter to steady his breathing. *** Begins at the end of Season 4. Once on the Ring, Bellamy and his friends discover that Clarke survived the end of the world. They are able to hear her daily radio transmissions but are unable to respond. This is the story of Bellamy discovering his feelings without being able to express them to the one person who needs to know. *** "Clarke." It comes out as a broken whisper. "Clarke," he says, more forcefully. As if she could hear him. "Clarke." The scraping of his words inside his throat feels like sandpaper. He grabs the receiver and starts to shake it. "Keep talking, Clarke," he whispers desperately. In a trembling voice, he adds, "I'm listening."
