My first story Izuku Midoriya could have been born quirkless, but not here. Here he was born with a basic quirk, to be able to Rip and Tear anything he liked. He wanted to be a hero so he will Rip and Tear to achive his dream.

Izuku is quirkless, but he saves a little three-legged dog in a cardboard box that he found in an alleyway and takes them home. Bakugou Katsuki is banned from premise until he learns his lesson.
