Sunny waits for Basil to wake up inside the hospital after all his friends have left, his heart full of unresolved feelings for the boy who held his hand during his darkest moment and promised him that everything is going to be okay. Then he receives a call from his mom. She's taking Basil to live with her at their new home in the city. Sunny isn't sure how to feel about his best friend coming to live with him, but maybe it's better than being alone again.

Will the two of them work over their problems? Or will they both get caught up in the lies? The two boys are sleeping peacefully together at a sleepover until one of them wakes up from a nightmare and can't go back to sleep, now they must find how to let time pass This takes place before sunny and basil became best friends and thus they are still 11-12 years old, this is a dandelion/sunflower book.
