I have always loved my life, but for some reason wanted more. There was one thing I seemed to lack, was spending time with friends, most being busy always. So I spent most of my time alone on my interests. Till one day I was left with nothing.

Loki is 15 years old, well, 15 midgardian years old, when he falls. He gets plunged into the void, darkness. The place that none have managed to escape, and all who enter, are never seen again. The truth was, he was so...distraught, and so, simply done with life and all it had to offer, tired of the constant torment from his brother, and his brother's friends, as well as the other Asgardians, he just had to leave, so he did. However, things take a rather drastic turn when, instead of dying as he had thought, he ends up in a new world, a world between worlds, a world none knows about, and then also caught up in their version of war, and another dark artifact, with a dark sorcerer. Can he help, but more than that, is he willing to?

Artemis that's my name. A Long long time ago a young elf prince gave it to me. He was the crowned elf prince of Mirkwood. His name Legolas he was a very kind young elf. I had saved him from drowning when he was only 10, well looked 10 anyway. Since he is an elf they age very slowly just like my kind. After I saved his life that day he wouldd often come see me. Each day just to learn about me and my race. Since we'll, im a mermaid. I'm the last of my kind. He and I grew up together and my feelings for him became one of love over time. I loved him but it was dangerous for me because mermaids can only love once. If my heart breaks it will turn to stone and stop beating, it will grow old and cold and it will stop and never start again. My body will live but it would be a shell of a mer. One day Legolas had come to see me by the river, he told me about a young she-elf named Tauriel. He told me about how he had feelings for her and how amazing she was. My heart hurt at those words. He had fallen for another. That day I told him I loved him and that I would never forget him. Then I grabbed his face with my hands and kissed him. When I kissed him a tear slid down my cheek, when it hit the ground it turned into a white pearl. I kissed him because I loved him but when I kissed him I took away every memory of him and myself. I let go and put my necklace around his neck. It was a green stone with markings on it. We called it our hearts we would give it to the ones we love. I looked at him one last time before jumping back into the water leaving the one I love.

Thranduil Elven king of Mirkwood finds a trespassor in his kingdom. Has an ancient and deadly race of creatures finally come our of hiding? Who or what has dared entered his domain? What happens when he meets someone who doesnt fear him? Can this shapeshifter stay a step ahead of such an old and powerful elf? Can she and her people finally step out of the shadows? It was very rare for The Council of the Night to intervene with the affairs of those of Middle Earth. Last time they did so was when a war of immense proportions was foretold, so they had sent their Wanderer out to the root of the cause. And now, with the ever-increasing threat of a powerful evil just on the horizon, they send their Wanderer on a quest of great dangers and uncertainty. With the all-knowing Council always in thought their Wanderer embarked back to a land they have known all their life, going back to old acquaintances and friends.
