Hi guys this is my first HTTYD fan fic on my new account! A strange man in a strange armour turn up on the shores of Berk. Not looking like a Viking, the inhabitants of Berk are curious of this man dressed in a black armour with a fire sword. This man is outraged at what he sees on Berk, when the sea trader arrives at Berk the man takes a chance. Now missing the dragons attack once again. And among them is the Dragon Boy. Can the Dragon Boy change the minds of Berkians, or will he be forever banished for his ideas?

Hiccup Haddock the Third. Small, awkward, never truly going to be a viking. Or, so the people of Berk say... Somehow, Hiccup makes it into Dragon Training. Using the secrets he discovered from his dragon Toothless, he aces the test and becomes the greatest of the trainees. The one destined to kill the deadly Monstrous Nightmare. Faced with a choice between his best friend Toothless and his people, what will Hiccup choose?

During the Berk coming of age entrance test (long name I know) five young Vikings face the outdoors alone for a year. Astrid, Snotlout, Fishlegs, Ruffnut, and Tuffnut. They expect a boring year filled with fights, little food, and dragon attacks. But don't expect a mysterious dragon rider with a connection to Berk. I own none of the pictures I use unless mentioned. I think only two of them are mine.

Berk's only heir is dead - killed by a Night Fury who took his body with it. But they can't wallow in their grief - they're Vikings. So they stand tall and continue on. But then the food runs out, taken by raiding dragons, and Berk, on the verge of death, comes before the infamous Dragon Chief, a man said to have the ability to control dragons.
