Young Justice AU. Reverse Batfamily. Short story. Dick Grayson disappeared many years, without a word - not that anyone cared, of course. After years of his disappearance, he suddenly reappears and Batman is determined to find out where the young boy has been and where he came from. Nothing makes sense regarding the small teenager and Batman knows something isn't right. However, he's hiding far more than he lets on and he has no intention of giving anything away. His secrets are as deadly as the poison in his blood yet he's determined to keep his secrets. It should be relatively easy - he's the only one who knows them, after all.

Nico di Angelo gets adopted by Bruce Wayne after Batman witnesses him stalking around a cemetery in Gotham in the middle of the night. He doesn't want to move in with Bruce, but seeing as he can't supply any proof of his parents or even his own birth records, he doesn't have a good reason to say no. It's Bruce Wayne or the foster system so Nico decides to take his chances with the billionaire. What he didn't anticipate is that he isn't Bruce's only child, or that the man is more than meets the eye. Nico gets dragged into the Batfam and has to learn their secret while trying to hide the mythological world from the greatest family of detectives in the world. No Nico ships. It would get in the way of the plot. I will try to keep at least somewhat accurate with the rest of the books. Everything belongs to Rick Riordan or DCU. (Sequel to How to Lose a Bird) Robin has possibly made the biggest mistake of his life. He didn't heed Batman's warnings, and now the bird is paying dearly for it at the hands of one of his mentors greatest enemies; The Joker. That is until a new variable in the problem is introduced. From there, things get even more confusing and problematic, with him being forced to take up a new identity and fend for himself as a nomad on the unforgiving streets. It's a long road home, and Robin doesn't know if he'll make it home in one piece. Hope you enjoy! Slight warning for possible language later on, but shouldn't be too bad.
