Each child is put into a class depending on their ability. E class is for children with elemental abilities, such as fire. B class is for children with body or brain abilities, such as supernatural strength or telepathy. O class is for children that don't fit in the other two classes. And then, children are put into a safety class depending on the control of their ability and the threat it can pose.
