The Levi Squad has been called to become the new Captain of the Royal Guard, charged to defend the queen at all cost. Eren is placed as Queen Historia's personal bodyguard, and to be by her side at all times. Slowly, he begins to develop feelings for Historia while Mikasa tries to get Eren's attention.
