He had a chance to change all that, when he transfers to a brand new school in San Clemente, California. Instead of things getting better, they all get worse. He meets Kian Lawley, the all star athlete and infamous bad boy of the school. Everyone tells Sam to stay away from Kian, but that doesn't stop his curiosity from venturing a bit too close to the boy. Kian and his friends ridicule Sam countless tiring times, until something unexpected happens for both of the boys. And then everything changes. Sometimes, you make mistakes for a reason. Sometimes, they play out to be perfect. But sometimes, the mistakes you make can define you: as someone you might not be.
