Cloverclaw has never felt like he belongs in Moorclan. The other warriors bullied and teased him about being half-clan. "Get away from me, I don't want to catch your Rogue disease." After the only person who cared about him dies in a tragic accident, and he gets the blame, he decides to leave. He can't stand these stuck up 'Warriors' and attempts to find somewhere else to stay. But maybe he was never meant to leave? Maybe, just maybe, He was in the clans for a reason. What if he was meant to save them?

Resources are scarce, and every last heart beating is left to fend for their own safety by any means necessary - lie, cheat, steal or kill. Cats turn against each other; murder one another. Blood paints the sky. An ill-fated she-cat from ShadowClan struggles to survive as everything falls against her.

Sealshadow has always been different from her clanmates. She's quiet, and is terrible with social interaction. Whenever she was just three moons old, Hollykit noticed black stubs poking out from between her shoulder blades. At six moons, she could barely keep them concealed with her fur. Now, at eight moons, each midnight black wing is a cat length long. Hollypaw is ashamed of the wings. Even more so now, because most cats in ThunderClan look at her as if she's a monster. So one day, after one particularly awful incident with her brother, Fernpaw, Hollypaw takes off. She finds the Great Ga'Hoole tree, and is taken under King Hoole's wing to be a collier. However, not long after, Hollypaw and her newfound friends encounter something that is supposed to be long dead.... And spark a chain of events that will either save the world.... Or destroy it....
