The Sully's have to move because their father Jake wants his family near his work place. All the Sully's are nervous and some of them a bit sad to leave so much behind. But they quickly form new relationships with the mayor's children next door, who happen to be future classmates to the Sully kids. Some of them have trouble adjusting to their new home and go through lots of personal stuff. Because of that and their close relationship with each other, they always say that no matter what, the Sully's must stick together.

A year after Neteyam has died, Lo'ak is still struggling with his trauma. The voices in his head and the guilt he feels eat him up. Though he might have made many mistakes in the past, he belongs to the Metkayina clan now and has to fulfill different rites to become a man and a true warrior.
