The story follows Miko Yotsuya (a typical Japanese high school girl), who mysteriously gains the ability to see ghosts or spirits. The girl learns to ignore the scary and monstrous apparitions that follow her everywhere but unfortunately, her body being more sincere, will betray her acting.

In a desperate attempt to escape her living nightmare, Miko Yotsuya moves to Tokyo. There she will enroll in the advanced nurturing high school, the gathering of all of the world's elite come here. What will happen when Miko comes into contact with a certain boy? Will her fortune change for the better? Or will she just drag him into down into the nightmare? Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, all he wanted was for the next three years of his life to be lived in peace. All of that seems to change once he meets a despairing seatmate.
