Authoritarian governments were established to protect the new elites and those useful to their cause. Fortune settlements were built all around the world by those who were abandonned, fighting for the meager resources left behind. Mysterious organizations rose in prominence, aiming to become the leader of this new world order. Amidst of this madness, a man going by the name of Aether unlocked the military system, a mysterious technology capable of changing the fate of the entire world.
