Harry James Potter was born on July 31, 1980. On the night of his second Halloween, October 31, 1981, Harry and his parents, James and Lily, were attacked by the True Dark Lord. Harry's godfather, a man named Sirius Black, was sent to Azkaban the morning after; he claimed that he betrayed the Potters and told the True Dark Lord where the Potters were hiding. Albus Dumbledore leaves infant Harry on his aunt's doorstep in the wee hours of the morning on November 1st. Dumbledore had hoped that the boy would be taken care of by Petunia and Vernon Dursley, but that is not the case. The year is 1991 and Harry James Potter, a very different Harry James Potter than Dumbledore had hoped, is attending Hogwarts. This story is about a four year old Harry who was saved from his abusers, the Dursleys, by none other than Sirius Black and Remus Lupin. Dumbledore promised that Sirius and Remus could keep him after his fourth birthday. Harrys biggest birthday surprise was finding out he was moving out of his broom closet. Harry doesn't trust a lot of people. He doesnt trust Sirius or Remus at first, but puts that feeling behind him. We follow Harry through his years at Hogwarts as well.

Harry's year couldn't get much worse. He is beaten at the hands of his uncle, witnessed the Dark Lord's rebirth, saw a friend die, and has potential insomnia due to his recurring nightmares that wake him screaming. On the summer before his 5th year at Hogwarts, the 15 year old Harry faces abuse by his own family that leave him a psychical and emotional wreck. When he is finally rescued from a literal Hell on earth, all seems to be well. But what lies in store for Harry Potter, makes the abusive actions of his uncle seem harmless. (sorta not really AU/ minor spoilers for year 4)

Takes place during the begining of the second book - 'Chamber of Secrets'. What if Ron and his brothers were caught trying to sneak away to find Harry, and never showed up to save him? What would Mrs Weasley say when she would check up on Harry on the Friday, and find him malnourished with bars on his window?

Having nothing but the overly large clothes on his back the small child made his way towards the shady, crumbling building. He paused and took a deep breath. This was it. This was home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After being abandoned at the age of two, Harry finds himself living a life that could have been quite diffrent. No one was expecting what the name Harry Potter truely entitled.

Harry flees the Dursley at age 8 after an accident happened with the heater in Dudleys room which caused a slight fire. Trying to extinguish the fire to no avail, Harry goes outside Dudleys room only to have someone hit him with a bat repeatedly. After being left for dead amidst the fire Harry's magic activates turning him into an animal and bringing him to his fated Home: Hogwarts. From there on, Harry studies and let's Hogwarts guide him through the Wizarding World, in return, Harry as a shape-shifting animal protects the students from harm which Hogwarts couldn't ever since all those years ago.. where Dumbledore turned a student into a new dark lord just for fame ignoring the tortured child that Tom Marvollo Riddle was.
