Character descriptions for Nightbird. There are some slight spoilers but we've omitted everything major.

Two rival groups of monster hunters, the Blackbirds and the Nightingales, travel the Kentrisian sea as mercenaries, taking on various odd jobs. Whether it be their desire to explore, the thrill of the hunt, or simple companionship, the people that make up these groups are brought together in their search to soothe something missing inside of them. When faced with an even bigger threat than their simple rivalry, these two groups must unite and face their enemies together. Nightbird is a fantasy story set in an era similar to the 1800s, but with various elements from other times due to it being set in a made-up world. The main location, Kentrisia, is made up of a multitude of islands of varying sizes and so the Nightingales and Blackbirds must travel by sea to get from place to place. There are monsters, battles, magic, and various lgbt+ characters. Warnings for: Language, violence, death There are quite a few characters in this story, so if you need help keeping them straight we are going to release a separate book with their information! Also, this story includes a lotttt of sailing around, which is all fine and dandy except neither of us know anything about sailing. We try to research stuff but we know it can't match up with someone who has real experience, and we know that we got stuff wrong in some parts.
