Unfortunately one day during their experimental testing, the super weapon broke loose and became rampaging through the villain hideout and escaped into the city. Now with a super weapon on the loose, it began living life on it's own. The Headmasters of Union became alarmed when they heard the weapon began killing criminals and those who hurt and discriminate the innocent.
