*DISCLAIMER Most of the art, isn't accurate to the setting, coz its been done with ai. I feel kinda bad about it, but im a writer, not an artist :/ This story is inspired by Darkest Dungeon, you will see 4 crusaders, go into The Tomb, signing themselves to death, by simply exposing themselves to the tainted air. With the only goal, being to kill the heart of the tomb, before they succumb to the illness. With themes of coming to terms with something, the title "I Am Ready" is a reference to a Darkest Dungeon quote, where the Leper character says "Spare the others, I am ready." Referring to his own death, and how he's come to terms with it. I will do my best to make sure it doesn't turn into "Ohno bad edgy violence happens" I want to make something that inspires thought, don't worry though, there will be edgy violence. It's DD inspired, I think violence is a must have. Also check out fellow writer WolvesOfHope who is cowriting this with me! I want the characters to be at stake. like JoJo's Bizaare Adventure, where they usually win, but not without grievous loss. If you like this story in particular, consider going to my Nightcafe account. Slugcat, or Scug Lat, because some short stories are there, which could be expanded, much like this one! You could like, vote on what story you want to me to do next. Oh, and if this blows up and becomes semi famous or whatever, want a free pass to whistle and sing in public and no get mad at me, and chipotle burritos. That too
