In this plot, Caitlin goes to work, against her mother's wishes, for Central Ciy, in an assylum for meta-humans, and there meets Barry Allen, an ex-superhero who is shattered due to an incident with his last mission. Cailtin's job is to help Barry with whatever it takes and she will soon discover that what he really needs is to go back to being the superhero he once was.
