She can teleport in her full form and she can also have a beam of light : Where she can burn limbs off of the enemy or even kill them, it can also act as stars in order to distract the person. If she uses it for too long she can get really dizzy and she could snap, when she snaps she kills anything in site as long as she can kill it and it normally lasts for 1 hour or somebody stops her. Her second quirk is Overreact, whenever she gets mad she gets really powerful and starts to kill or badly injure anything in site, when she's sad and starts to cry: her aura gets really deadly and she can produce loud screams that can make the person go deaf. This quirk can never be disabled for some reason, and their are no downsides. Her third quirk is Universe, she can basically control the universe and the world. nothing really else to it. only downside is that she can overuse it and destroy the world if she uses it the wrong way. And finally her last quirk (ik 4 quirks?! oh well you might as well be op lmao😚😚) is kitty, where she can transform into a cat. this quirk has 3 forms, full cat form, tiger form, and the final form is where you can just have cat ears, a cat tail, and cat paws and cat toe beans.
