Ahsoka is tested when her master is severely injured

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.... War has stretched across the Galaxy! Peaceful systems are plunged into the heat of battle, with many being ill equipped to thwart back the overwhelming separatist forces led by Count Dooku and General Grievous. One legion in the grand army of the Republic seeks to turn the tide, and bring peace and order back to the oppressed systems under the CIS. The 501st, led by the Young General Skywalker and Commander Tano, are dispatched on a grueling and treacherous mission to the planet of Mygeeto. Their mission is to retrieve stolen DNA samples from the Clone facilities on Kamino, with the separatists on the planet led by Admiral Tonkin, seeking to create a virus with the potential to wipe out the entire clone army and provide a swift and insurmountable defeat to the Republic! Tentative HAITUS Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, are sent on a relief mission to the people of Aleen. But when they arrive they find nothing good is waiting for them. With no contact to Coruscant or any Republic forces, the clones of the 501st and their leaders are fighting for their lives with no help in sight. When someone goes missing, and Grievous appears, they believe all is lost. Can they escape this ruined planet? Will they survive?

Captain Rex knows good soldiers follow orders, but what do good soldiers do when there are no orders to follow? When General Anakin Skywalker and Commander Ahsoka Tano are gravely wounded, Rex must step up for the first time and lead his men. Ahsoka Tano was running. Running from something she could never escape. Running until she stumbled and stumbling until she crashed head-first into the Bad Batch. They were all too eager to invite her to the team but she was still trying to run, still trying to escape even though she knew it was hopeless. But then there was something else-- the longing for the family she'd lost but found and lost again-- something that she wished to ignore but she was tired and weak and it might have been the last hope she had.
