There was one problem, The Piston Cup has made a law about who can and cannot race. Lightning McQueen took that risk for the Piston Cup races but ended up in Radiator Springs when running against The King and Chick Hicks in Florida. Will McQueen make it to LA, California, or stay in Radiator Springs? Why did McQueen take a risk to race, and why does Chick Hicks believe McQueen is hiding something?
