Things are quickly changing at Hogwarts. Some could say for the best and some for the worst. A lot of tension is building since the new fifth year has been enrolled, some fancying them while others..... Well, let's just say they aren't necessarily thrilled. Over the course of the next couple of years until our characters become seventh years, a lot will happen between those we love and those we think we love. But what will happen if the person you come to love so much turns on you? How will Y/N handle it? They've handled enough in their life before Hogwarts.... Is this any different?

Two years after the battle underneath Hogwarts, an uneasy peace has gripped the countryside. The war is won, but the losses are heavy. When a student goes missing during their seventh year, Ominis, Sebastian, and the Hero of Hogwarts, Eleanore Malfoy, must put aside differences and personal trauma to work together against a new threat. But secrets, lies, pureblood politics, and betrayals loom. Peace is never really won. It's fleeting. It is bestowed in small increments of time at the cost of bloodshed. Everything has a price, and heroism must too often look like villainy. Wynn Grayson watched the rift grow between her closest friends, Ominis Gaunt and Sebastian Sallow, after the harrowing events of their fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The allure of dark magic sent Sebastian down an unforgivable path. The trio was disbanded throughout their sixth year, with tension, pain, and resentment in place of their friendship. But the trio can't can't keep their secrets forever. This takes place in their seventh year, containing mature themes that are marked out for readers to skip if they wish. (This is primarily for the Ominis stans, but bear through the first few chapters to get there.) This had started without much intention for a plot, so the explicit scenes had happened more abruptly than I would have intended now.
