The Church of Christ the Reformer is doing the local education authority a favour by opening the new church school so quickly, but right from the start, the teachers and pupils are involved in controversy as two very different worlds collide. Please be warned that this story involves diapers, boys in frocks, corporal punishment and an actual plot, real characters and punctuation. Nothing too graphic, but if you don't like any of those things, this story is not for you.

Based on real events which happened to the writer of Das Mädchen Manuela after horrible school Stift, but mix wth something from film version (Mädchen in Uniform, 1931.) Note: 1. the reason for the the title is that it's AU version about what happened to Christa , not about some fictional Manuela (although as Christa herself wanted, she is Manuela here as well, but without surname for the fact here it's W-something (well-known what), not M-something given by Christa.) 2. Most likely, new school meant new school year from the beginning, so it's how it is in the fanfiction.
