Following the events of Chapter 1 and 2, Y/N and BF/N were attacked by Striker, a cowboy imp who was hired to kill Stolas and the humans before all of Hell could find out about them. However, Y/N learns the truth about what's happened in Hell and plans to save Loona and the others, but neither Y/N or BF/N have a way to Hell. As they tried to come up with a plan to get to Hell alive, they were approached by an unknown person with a solution to help them out. With his help, Y/N and BF/N journey into Hell with their best equipment and a newfound power to save Loona and the others from Satan only to gain more new enemies to later encounter in the future while also gaining some new allies. This... is the Highway to Hell.

At school, he excels academically, especially in Geography, but his intelligence only earns him resentment. His so-called friends disregard his interests, and bullying isolates him further. Outside school, Y/N juggles responsibilities beyond his years. Fluent in Polish, he takes care of his young nephews, missing out on a normal teenage life. Family gatherings leave him feeling like a ghost, unnoticed and unimportant. Watching others find love deepens his heartache, reinforcing his belief that he is undeserving of care. However, Y/N has a secret-one no one on Earth would believe. A year ago, he accidentally discovered a portal to Hell, leading him to the Hazbin Hotel, where Charlie Morningstar rehabilitates sinners. After striking a deal with the infamous Radio Demon, Alastor, Y/N becomes the hotel's accountant and assistant. Meanwhile behind the scenes, BF/N takes matters in his own hands to help provide his life with Y/N and Loona, but then, he too finds his own kind of love with another demon named Octavia Goetia, the daughter of Stolas and Stella. Y/N and BF/N are now being pulled into Loona's life on the highway to Hell as they encounter IMP's past enemies, but as their journey continues, bonds will continue to grow stronger than ever before, making way for a future that's never been foretold before.
