It made him feel a panging loss in his heart, like being able to run around, having lots of energy and time to spare had left him completely. He'd give just about anything to talk to his brothers again. Not only over the phone like they had been, but face to face. Dream suffered mentally after the apple incident,now he is has to keep the multiverse which has worsen him. After being kidnapped by the Nightmare gang,he doesn't believe he'll make it out alive-- luckily Nightmare has some unfinished business with him that might unravel some hidden feelings..

The two gods in charge of the balance of the multiverse have disappeared. Dream and Blueberry have been trying their best to hold the line against Nightmare and his lackeys, but when a fight goes south and Dream is near-fatally injured, what is Nightmare to do but take him to his castle? Although Dreamtale and all of its characters belong to Joku, this story relies heavily on fanon and headcanons. This is because I find the canon of Dreamtale to be unsatisfying. In my opinion, canon Dream is a mary-sue, Nightmare is a victim who lives to show how good his brother is, and all of the endings fail, in my eyes, to tie up the loose ends in the story in a satisfactory way. Remember, this is just my opinion! Similarly, most characters depicted in this story vary slightly from their respective canons, this has been down to fit the story better. I will try to adhere to canon as much as possible, though! This is not a forced God au, well, not in the traditional way. Error always feels a pull to destroy, like how Ink feels a pull to create. Originally Error just destroyed, going crazy from the voices and the pain. However Error was able to gain control after some time, now being able to restrict what aus he destroys. He doesn't destroy original aus, and usually goes after aus with corrupt codes first, seeing as those have a higher chance of collapsing and starting a chain reaction. Error still enjoys destroying, and revels in his destroyed works of art, but he has just dialed it down a bit. Error will have a few kids he has accidently made over the millennias. Of course there's PJ and Gradient, but I might add others. I'm not sure if I'll put ships here just yet or not. You'll understand how these kids come to be later in the story. Hope you enjoy!
