William lived a quiet life hunting and fishing to provide for his village, until one day he comes back from a hunt to find his entire village destroyed and all those he cared for murdered. As he sets out on a path of vengeance in a world that thinks he is a monster, he is joined by an odd Tabaxi ranger who spent too many years lost in the feywild and a kleptomaniac astral elf monk.
